For welding mild carbon steel, aluminium and other non-ferrous materials, gas metal arc welding is the most common process for light industrial welding, preferred for its versatility, speed and the relative ease of use.
As with all our processes we can arrange a training package to suit your needs and speed, if its only 1 day for structural steel welding to AS/NZS 1554 or 2 weeks for full penetration pipe welding to ASME IX, we tailor the training to suit your needs. Also we are the only training facility in Australia that have testing facilities in house to qualify weld procedures & welders with results being available quickly, sometimes the SAME DAY!!!
In the workshop we have NEW 250i & 450i Transmig welding machines able to give you the ease of digital read out of Volts, Amps & Wire speed & all can be used to weld aluminium, carbon steel, stainless steels & anything in between.
